Can someone suggest a person or business that can tutor me for an hour or so on how to use PHP to build a dynamic page for a website and it's server for a simple contact field, name/address/email..etc page. I am currently immersed in Lynda.com tutorials for Dreamweaver CS4 Essential Training and tried jumping out of sequence to a Dreamweaver CS4 Dynamic Development with lousy results.
