CSS Mastery : Advanced Web Standards solutions by Andy Budd is a very
nice book.

It's a great book for the guy who knows basic CSS but wants to take it
to the next levels.
i.e. me. i.e can write a CSS selector and do layout with a table, but
wants to do beautiful
CSS not just stuff that works.
