Per Making Things Happen, definitely - even though the focus is on

managing projects in general to make it useful for someone outside
of the field.
Oh, I thought of another one too - Getting To Yes, which is about
negotiation, and in particular looking at negotiations not as a zero
sum game but as a process of collaborative problem solving in order
to arrive at a mutually satisfactory outcome.
