I don't know how extensive the set up is, but there are several
"virtual" office spaces around Austin that offer this as part of their
package. One such place I worked at for about a year had this meeting
room available to the 10 or so companies that rented office space from
them. There was two way video and conferencing available.
During the year that I was there, I think the room was used for for the
video portion of the conference 2-3 time a month. It could have been
more than that as I'm only going on what I saw.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that there are other facilities
offering these features.
