This position is for a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) product expert 
who has hands-on expertise in designing, developing, deploying, configuring and 
supporting business solutions developed in MOSS 2007, or higher.   The position 
involves using Microsoft-centric development tools such as Visual Studio and 
SharePoint Designer and SQL Server to create and support custom MOSS sites, 
InfoPath sites, Publishing sites and Collaboration sites.
 
This position requires knowledge of MOSS Central Administration to do server 
administration and configuration
  Essential Functions:
·         Support and add value to Hanger’s customer-facing MOSS sites
·         Support and add value to Hanger’s intranet MOSS applications and sites
·         Working knowledge of InfoPath Forms, Enterprise Content Management 
(ECM), Business Data Catalog (BDC), Teamsites, and Search, among others.
·         Participate in all aspects of the software development life 
cycle(SDLC), from design, development and testing through deployment and support
·         Ensures that IT projects are delivered in a timely manner
·         Create a positive work environment, consistent with the Company’s 
values and objectives
 
Additional Responsibilities:
·         Perform other related duties as required

Required Skills & Abilities:
 
·         Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
·         At least 5 years of experience of developing web solutions in a 
Microsoft environment, including .NET 2.0 (or higher), C# and XML Web Services.
·         Ability to work with Microsoft-centric development tools like Visual 
Studio in a Team Foundation Server environment.
·         Ability to create custom Lists, custom Content Types, Form Libraries, 
Report Libraries and data presentation strategies including custom views or 
Data View web parts.
·         Experience with SQL Server Stored Procedures and SQL Server Reporting 
Services
·         Experience with creating Custom Workflows and Master Pages using 
SharePoint Designer
·         Experience with SharePoint Publishing Sites. Experience with Master 
Pages, Page Layouts, Rollup web parts
·         Experience with creating/deploying InfoPath Forms
·         Experience with administering and configuring MOSS 2007, including 
Content Deployment Jobs, Quick Deploy, Enterprise Search, and 
Teamsites/Collaboration sites
·         Strong quantitative and analytical skills
·         Microsoft certification in SharePoint a plus
 
Healthcare experience a plus

Working knowledge of Usability, Sec. 508 Accessibility a plus
