I'll second the emotion on iThemes. Good looking themes, not hard to configure. Gives a "designed" look. Great if you'r enot a designer but need to deliver good look and feel. HOWEVER, if you go with their vertical industry themes (iRealestate, iAuto?, etc.) you may limit how many clients in the same locale you can use them on before getting too cookie cutterish.
Also look at Carrington Text from Alex King at Crowd Favorite. He is former WP staff I think and has an interesting concept around "child" themes. Cheers!
