I'm looking for an excellent usability design firm in Austin that can
do a very high profile funded pilot project for a Texas state
governmental agency. I'd like to find a firm that comes strongly
recommended with a portfolio of known clients. I'm looking for an
established firm, not individuals or moonlighters.
The project would be to apply professional usability techniques and
methodologies for what is currently a three web page poorly designed
interface, and come up with an intuitive design to greatly improve the
productivity of our government staff, and assist with the
implementation.
If they already are a Texas state government contractor, that is a big
plus, although we do have existing listed contractors we can pump them
through.
If you can recommend an outstanding firm that meets these
requirements, please drop me a note.
