I had four dedicated servers at CrystalTech and had horrible service with their managed solutions. We're currently with iNetU, which costs more, but has phenomenal service. Contact me off list if you want to know more about them.
If you want a simple straight dedicated server with no hassle, I just set up a server at kickassvps.com for about $40/month (I have my own CF license), and it works really great. You can upgrade to a faster system, but I only needed my form some legacy app/load testing. Not sure if that helps or not, but there's my two cents :).
