Strong senior (experienced) web designer who has great visual skills and can
fully articulate them in HTML/CSS. Unlike many web shops, your front-end code
ends up being used. They have strong Javascript coders already, so more
important that you can design clean, lovely, highly usable screens. They have
an in-house usability lab - so user-centered design and usability chops
helpful. E-commerce and Travel industry experience of course helpful as well.
