Please join us for a free learning and networking opportunity followed
up by some coworking at Cospace.

Wednesday, October 13 from 9am to 12pm.

About the topic (from Jan):

There are 7 potential customer types you could have. But you should
have only the best. If you aren’t satisfied with your customers, learn
how to set up a Platinum Customer Standard. This is more than just
“target” or “niche” marketing. The right profiling system will give
you a way to improve your sales process and avoid the radio-active
waste prospect/customer who is out there. It will also give you a
metric to judge how well your message is working: if it attracts the
right prospects great; if not fix it asap. That makes this a money and
mind saver.

About the Speaker:

Jan Triplett, CEO of the Business Success Center (BSC), is the co-
author of Thinking Big, Staying Small. For over twenty years she and
her partner Dan Diener have provided strategy and advice to owners on
how to have a successful business. The BSC was named by the Austin
Business Journal as one of Austin’s top 20 management consulting firms
and the Small Business Administration presented it with a five star
national award. She is also the author of A Networker’s Guide to
Success and numerous articles that have been published nationally and
even internationally. She ran a full service ad agency, bought and
grew the Entrepreneurs’ Association and created an incubator and
accelerator in 2000. She is proud to be a Certified Technical Advisor
by the NCRC, a small business activist testifying before the
government on behalf of other small businesses, and a City of Austin
certified green business. She writes a blog at http://ownersview.com
and is also on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter @JanTriplett.
