2nd Annual Symposium on Game Development Education in the State of Texas

Featuring keynote by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.

Game on! Texas 2010 brought together educators, industry, policy and
community leaders to discuss challenges and solutions for improving
Texas' existing digital media education programs, and highlight how
local educators are using game development to interest kids in
science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

In 2011, we expect another thought-provoking symposium featuring the
honorable Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, who will talk about her iCivics
game-based learning platform. In addition, the event will showcase a
host of other speakers on the growing intersection between digital
games and education.

Eight hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit are
avialable with certificates for attending teachers and administrators.
