Hey Josh, For learning Tumblr theme development, certainly. But for final project development, I'd rather start with a zeroed out theme rather than try to wrangle someone else's CSS, etc. For WP theme development, I use Elliot Jay Stocks' Starkers <http://elliotjaystocks.com/blog/starkers-3/> theme, which contains all page elements, but completely unstyled. Looking for something similar for Tumblr.
