WAMP for sure.  

Although I know a Drupal dev that uses Zend <http://www.zend.com/en/> (theres 
a free community edition).  

Additionally, I think it would serve you well in the future to look into 
installing and hacking around Linux (Ubuntu is good for starters).  Down 
the road you may need to use the command line for version control at an 
agency.  Macs and Linux distros have the Terminal already installed.  More
