Updated the draft to consider the impact of “locale” used by a regular 
expression library on the results of regular expression search. Also, thanks to 
Tom Harrison, this version includes a description of the implementation work 
done by APNIC.

       The Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) provides limited search
       functionality based on pattern matching.  This document describes an
       RDAP query extension that provides additional search functionality
