My development team has released a simple open source RDAP command-line client 
that includes support for the OAuth 2.0 Device flow. The device flow is 
intended for use on "Browserless and Input Constrained Devices". The code can 
be found on GitHub:

The code has been released under the terms of the BSD 3-Clause "New" or 
"Revised" License. Note that this is NOT something for the average non-geek 
RDAP user! It's intended only to show one way that a command-line client can 
use RDAP with OpenID/OAuth-based federated authentication. Please read the 
README.md file for details.

The device flow itself is described in an Internet-Draft that's currently in 
the hands of the IESG for evaluation:
