I posted the first draft of draft-gould-regext-login-security-policy, which is a system-level policy extension of the Registry Mapping (draft-gould-carney-regext-registry). This policy extension defines the server policies associated with the implementation of the Login Security Extension (draft-gould-regext-login-security). Please review and provide feedback.
