Mario and I just published version 04 of the JSContact RFC draft:

The main updates in this version are:
- Added the LocalizedString type for localization of names, addresses
and organizations.
- Renamed ContactMethods to Resource, as not every JSCard necessarily is
a person.
- Added the implementation status section with current implementations.
- Changed the document structure for readability.
