This is a good point. It was dropped in an exercise of simplification,
but given a lot of registries do collect it discreetly, then it should
be added back. Thanks.

As the introductory paragraph mentions, this is not about structured
addresses but about providing those elements that are often used in
non-postal contexts. We can change the text to stress the
representation of unstructured addresses.
