I don’t understand this notion of “<contact:disclose><contact:email/> ‘flag’”, what element contains the flag attribute? ** Section 4.2.1 * Email address validation based on SMTPUTF8 validation rules defined in Section 2 Most of the other bullet points in this list start with a verb. Therefore, I’m guessing that this validation requirement is about supporting "email address validation"?
