Section 8: I might recommend adding a reference to RFC7481 which has a pretty extensive Privacy Consideration section. Section 9: RFC 7481 references RFC5246 and a uta draft that eventually becomes RFC7525, it clearly predates TLS 1.3 and BCP195.
