I believe that the specification referenced in the proposed registration meets the requirements of RFC 7451 and should be accepted. However, I would propose the following: 1. the "Document Status" should be "Other" 2. the registrand should be *strongly* encouraged to avoid using an IETF namespace (until 7451bis is published, we just have to accept this) Please let me know if you disagree. If no dissent is forthcoming, I will let David know to proceed with the registration on 2026-02-04 or shortly thereafter. Thanks!
