The recharter is the right moment to reset these dates. Missing milestones for stated work items — Data formats, additional transport mappings, best practices documents, and the RFC 3735 → BCP upgrade are all described in the Work Scope but have no milestones. Please add milestones for them. Catch-all "all tracks" statement — The per-category intended-status language ("Standards Track or Experimental," "Informational or BCP") is sensible, but the generic "WG may publish documents in all tracks" overrides it, which echoes Éric Vyncke's comment; suggested fix is to remove the line or scope it to the categories above.
