Andy, Thank you, and good to hear on the loops. If extensions says they are about resources, the holder can send a lookup it holds nothing for back to the covering object, which is cleaner than what -02 does, and I will switch -03 back to that once the text is in.
On the first point I meant something narrower: whether the five rdap-base relations could be registered in extensions itself. If they can, my draft drops its IANA section and references extensions normatively for them. If extensions is too far along for that, I keep them in mine as a holding position until it turns over.
