Follow-up Comment #2, task #3047 (project admin):
Added the GPL as "COPYING" and the copyright notices and permission to the
source files to pysfst-0.0.1.tar.bz2
For the two SWIG-generated files (sfst.py and sfst_wrap.cxx) I didn't find
out how to add custom comments.
