phpMyPortal is a web portal written in PHP.
It works on any Apache/php/mySQL server (Windows or GNU/Linux).
phpMyPortal has 2 goals:
. Being a development framework for any enterprise or home need.
. Being a ready-to-use portal with different modules like:
* Diaries
* Forums (it has different styles of forum):
- standard forum to post news, comments with moderators or not
- pictures galeries (to show pictures and comment them)
- links forum (to store links and to share them easily)
- blog (a kind of easiest standard forum)
* Weather (currently only for french towns)
* ZIP codes (only for french towns too)
* Phone numbers (Allow to share contacts with others or to find them
everywhere with internet)
* Movies (To manage all your movies in K7, DVD...)
* A hardware manager (to store and manage all the PCs, printers... of your
network)
