VICO is a web based applications helps in software developing lifecircle,
we want to use AJAX to get a rapid and concise web pages. we use ASP.NET 2.0
and SQL Server 2005 Express by our tools. apis of del.icio.us and other web
2.0 sites wewill support and providing our own api to let our sites use it.
We will improve the multi-member cooperate in team work management,
especially it can make looks-like-projects's member know each other's issues
if them are publiced, so they can solove problems more quickly because of
they are soloved by other teams or they can easily provide a way to solove
it.
We hope it can forged functionally here and serve more people FREE.
