Day planner is a simple GTK2 day planner.
Its purpose is to help a person manage his day, and remember appointments.
All without requiring a web browser nor a internet connection. It is also
intended to be easy-to-use and will not get flooded with features. I will
only allow a certain feature to be added if it is strictly needed.
It is written in perl and uses Gtk2. It is meant for use on a free operating
system such as any variant of GNU/Linux but might also run on proprietary
operating systems such as MacOS X (however, I do not intend to spend time
supporting that).

Other Software Required:

It depends upon perl with gtk2-perl. In addition to this it depends on the
following perl modules:
Locale::gettext
POSIX
Data::Dumper
Gtk2::SimpleList
Gtk2::Gdk::Keysyms
Getopt::Long
All of these are either licensed under the GNU GPL or the GNU LGPL.
