The tarball downloads fine for myself and others. You probably used wget. My
web host rejects the request based upon the agent string. Just do:
wget -U "Bunch of Hamsters 3.2"
http://emeitner.f2o.org/debian/qemu-launcher_1.3-1.tar.gz
Yes, the application will never require the Qemu Accelerator kernel module.
I have no problem with changing "Linux" to "GNU/Linux".
