Note that we usually dont accept big collection of software/documentation,
unless they have a specific common goal. This is to encourage projects to
open the door to external contributors.
But we can host organizational project that coordinates things.
In other words, if you need an organizational project to coordinates things,
we can do that. And if you want to open projects to work on specific
documentation, we can also do that. But a big project of documentation that
have only the authors as common point is more problematic.
