Actually, it does not matter whether graphviz is GPL-compatible or not. It
only matters that it is not proprietary software, and it is no longer the
case.
We only require GPL-compatibility for the license of the projects we host,
not their dependancies (and in this case, it is not even a real dependancy).
Apart from that, I see not security concern or sensitive issue here, so I
