PRM stands for "Program with Refinement and Modules". It is an
object-oriented programming language. The goal of PRM is to propose a
statically typed programming language where structure is not a pain.
The project goal is to develop both the language specification and the
compiler.

http://www.lirmm.fr/~privat/prm/download/prm_0.0.2.tgz
Currently, prm is not distributed (so no licence yet). Once it is, the GPL
should be used.
