Follow-up Comment #2, task #2211 (project admin):
I put copyright notices at the beginning of every source code file. Most of
the files are very common and could be used for other projects, so I put them
under Lesser-GPL, with a special exception for linking, because OCaml doesn't
have dynamic linking (see
http://perso.ens-lyon.fr/samuel.mimram/ocamlgpl.php) for details.
However, COPYING is the GPL, since most of the upcoming files of the project
will be GPL, as are already the files for byacc.
The new version is at the same URL.
