EmacsFr.org is the french emacs website since ages now. We recently decided
to move the website to a new location and decided to change the tool that made
the first emacsfr.org version running.
We need all the tools that can help us develop and maintain our new website.
The new url for our website is at http://emacsfr.etud-orlans.fr (but this may
change quickly to emacsfr.org).
