  pysdl_mixer is a pyrex interface for python. it uses the sdl library
sdl_mixer (http://jcatki.no-ip.org/SDL_mixer/SDL_mixer.html). this project is
currently used by soya (https://gna.org/projects/soya/) as a replacement to
openal ( without the 3d positioning).
