This is a tool to get and set parameters for ATI Radeon graphic cards.
In particular, it allows to modify the clock speeds of the card,
making it possible to over- and under-clock the card.
I have tested this tool with a Radeon Mobility 9600 M10 card with 128MB,
but it should work with the whole Radeon family.
