Localix is an web gis tool by the core team of Localis (http://localis.org)
and Sigfreed (http://www.sigfreed.net)
The goal of the project is to provide flexible, complete and configurable
frontend and backend to Mapserver.
Frontend:
- HTML output and SVG.
- Map generation with POI (point of interest)
- Advanced search
- User cart
Backend:
- User management
- Skins modification
- Data upload
- Maps selection
...
It is based on Mapserver , Postgis , Php and some geospacial libraries.
There is no code released yet, hacks are in progress but you can have a look
at the Localis CVS, same dependancies are used
