Description:
------------
StabFlex [1] is a very simple python original reimplementation of FlexStab
[2] from Kerem, Batsheva.

StabFlex can be used by genetists and molecular biologists for studying some
properties of DNS sequences. Like FlexStab, StabFlex calculates helix
stability and flexibility of a given DNA sequence, in overlapping windows
along the sequence.

I would like to distribute StabFlex program as a simple script for usability
purpose (It should be simple to use for scientists who aren't familiar with
software installation).

StabFlex also is in my GNU Arch repository at [3]. Project name is
stabflex--head--0.1

I'm planning to release StabFlex in few weeks.

Other Software Required:
------------------------
Excluding standard python library, StabFlax uses BioPython[1] library for
acceding Fasta sequence data format and Biggles[2] library for making plots.
