Sorry for my poor english.
I mean that document has the same license as this cookbook have. It's GPLv2
with a couple of exception on examples. Examples can be used as is without
specific licenses because they are not influenced by GPL. Everyone can put
them into the cookbook and everyone can use them for their own projects. So i
think it's like public domain...
