I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval at Gna!.
We need a detailed technical description that specifies such requirements as
programming languages and external libraries. It should be at least
one-half a page.
You are welcome to register your project once more with the
changes mentioned above.
We cannot track projects that have been answered but not
approved, so we must ask you to register the project whenever

Hello,
Do you intend to move from SF.net over Gna?
Gna is primarily a development platform, we host only websites in this context
(and we do not provide things like PHP or MySQL for websites). So if you only
want a place for a website, maybe Gna! is not what you need.
Can you be more specific?
