First of all, our English is very poor, sorry.
Actually we are working hard in our
project and we are very interesting on hosting it in
GNA, so here is the extended registration
description for our project.
"Pistas" is the name of a new free GNU/Linux
distribution based on Debian and using the metadistros
system for creating live CDs. Pistas means "Pure
Instalable Scout Tool Alternative System". We now there
are a lot of live CD projects hosted in GNA. In
fact we are helping in projects like "X-Evian". But we
don´t know the existence of a distro for scout people
over the world and we are over millions of scout that
could be using GNU/Linux instead of Windows as
alternative system for children and groups in general.
Because scouting is a educational movement since
children to adult and we thought that it would be a
good idea to educate in their computering facet.
Pistas is a Live CD based on metadistros system with
these features:
- Free GNU/LINUX system based on Debian.
- Instalable on hard disk.
- KDE intuitive desktop enviroment.
- Various ofimatic tools, such as, editors, etc ...
- Multimedia software
- Educational applications for children.
- A lot of interesting links and resources for scout
working.
- And others users necessity and suggestions.
We hope this information will help you to understand
our project in order to make our work available for
people thanks to GNA.

We do not host complete distributions (iso, binaries...). Can you detail the
usage you intend to make of Gna! services?
