You receive tdhis mail because you did not used cvs/arch of whatever.

Even for a lonely developer, using a SCM is a good thing. So if your
project is still under development, it would probably be best that you
start using the account. It can even help you to find contributors
(currently, with no description and no files in CVS, it is probably
not attractive enough).

So what do you decide?
