Food for Families: MS Food Drive was started by Derek R. (7th Grade) in the
September of this school year (2005-2006). The group was being planned
throughout the summer in preparation for this school year. By holding various
fundraisers throughout the school year, the group raises cans and money to
benefit the Durham Rescue Mission. The group consists of four great 7th grade
leaders who run the group. Those leaders include, Derek, Lauren, Mary and
Nathaniel – with Mr. Parkin as the group sponsor!
