OCamlDBI is a generic database interface for OCaml (similar in goal to perl
DBI). Currently, it is part of Modcaml
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/modcaml), more precisely it is in the
CVS sub-directory

The original author, Richard Jones is not interested anymore in maitaining
OCaml-DBI but would like to keep mod-caml separate. This is why I'd like
ocamldbi to be split out of modcaml and put in a project of its own.
