This project is to write a perl web base application to detect plagiarism
over the web. On input, this software take a document (text,html or pdf) and
on output try to display where to find the original document if it's a
plagiarism.
This project is under GNU/GPL licence and linked to the koha project already
hosted by savannah.nongnu.org. Note that i'm already registred on gna.org as
a developer on opencataloger project.
