It is kind of not possible because of the Smalltalk code nature. Indeed there are no file like you get in C. This is why I will not use GNA! SVN for source version, only for web pages and documentation.
I am not sure how to handle your request. The .mcz file I provided to you was a snapshot of my code from the Smalltalk image. I do not have control over what goes inside, I can add a comment about the license in one class so it will appear in the snapshot file (snapshot.st). My source version is done with a specific set of free squeak tools (squeaksource and monticello). And my source version goes there at http://www.squeaksource.com/iFichier.html you can download a snapshot, in the wiki page I have added the license, and as well in the comment of the class IFIPedagoBooklet.
