Web based manager for a 'Ludothèque' (games library?), it is used since 2
years at Auch, France. Now that is has shown it's usefullness, I'm willing to
make it public.
It features users and rent tracking, and statistics. It also comes with nice
charts made with Artichow.
At the moment, it doesn't handle authentification, so the web server should
be configured to allow only localhost connexions.
