==== Description: ====
Affymatic is a web interface for the analysis of microarrays.
Microarrays are molecular biology devices typically used to quantify mRNA but
generalized (altering the lab sample processing) to be able to measure other
features where an hybridization take place (ChIP on chip, SNPs, CGH, genome
sequencing). This interface provides an easy way to obtain processed
information from your raw data files.
Currently is limited to mRNA-detecting Affymetrix microarrays.
==== Other Software Required: ====
PHP, R, MySQL
