The beta-libs are PHP librairies which fits Libre Informatique's needs for
some of its projects... It's not perfect, it's not totally clean and
independant, but it's free software and it works for some projects (ex: <a

It comes as an object-oriented interface for PostgreSQL database, LDAP
directory, CSV input and output, and many other things...
