Do you mean that I need the full 12 line notice? Even for scripts that is
about 12 lines in itself?

is safest to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least the
“copyright” line and a pointer to where the full notice is found."

Doesn't this mean that it's nice to put the full notice in every single file,
but they should *at least* have a copyright line and a pointer to the notice?
So what about:
