GtkGLUT is replacement of GLUT library, based on GTK+ and GtkGLExt libraries.
First version should be binary compatible with GLUT 3.7 and FreeGLUT 2.4.0. So
same decision as FreeGLUT. But, following versions may change GLUT API (and
ABI of course) for support UTF-8 codepage, better keyboard handling (eq. dead
keys), image loading (GTK+ based abstraction), standard dialogs, ...
Library is licenced under MIT licence.
First version of library is done as my diploma thesis, and I think should be
very sad, if it exit in University Library.
